After attending Bonneville High School and Weber State University, Dr. Tolman continued his education and graduated from Western States Chiropractic College of Oregon in 2002.
After residency, he and his family moved to Utah to share with others the benefits of natural, quality chiropractic care. His passion is working with athletes, children, and families. Dr. Tolman has now been in practice for over 20 years.

Dr. Amon was raised in Fort Worth, Texas. His wife of 32 years Virginia grew up in Roy. She passed away after suffering from a chronic illness. Dr. Amon was blessed to find a special companion, Jan Amon.
They were married in 2010 and she joined the practice in 2011. He and Jan enjoy going to the gym to lift weights, go on long bicycle rides, play volleyball weekly, but really enjoy traveling around the state playing golf. They also enjoy spending time with their 11 grandchildren.

Tyson Stromberg D.C.
Dr. Stromberg was born and raised in Brigham City, UT, and graduated from Weber State in Exercise Science. He then attended Parker University in Dallas, TX where he earned a Dr of Chiropractic degree & a Masters in Strength & Human Performance.
He and his wife Kalan like to go hiking, kayaking, play pickleball, & train their dog. They're also expecting a baby boy in April 2023. Dr. Stromberg is excited to share his passion for chiropractic with our Live Well family.

Sierra is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a profound passion for women's health and holistic well-being. With a rich background in pediatrics and women's health, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Live Well Chiropractic.
Her commitment to whole person wellness is deeply ingrained, fueled by her love for nurturing physical, mental, and spiritual health.
Beyond the clinic, Sierra revels the role of mom and grandma, finding joy and inspiration from her six children and six grandchildren. She finds solace in nature, cherishing moments outdoors, and reveling in the company of her animals.
Sierra is privileged to share this journey with her soul mate of 17 years, whose support is an unwavering anchor. Together, they navigate life's adventures, cherishing every moment. Sierra’s mission is to make a positive impact on the lives she touches, promoting not only physical health but also mental and spiritual well-being, because she believes that true wellness encompasses body, mind, and spirit.

Jessica is a passionate nurse practitioner dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and promoting health education.
With a background in women's health and neonatal care she strives to empower patients through compassionate support and evidence-based practices. Committed to lifelong learning and advancing healthcare, she believes in a holistic approach to wellness. Her first degree from Weber State is in nutrition and health promotion, she then went on to get her bachelors in nursing from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. She received her Masters in Nursing in Family Practice from Northern Kentucky University. Her family recently moved back to Utah and they are so excited to get back to exploring the beautiful mountains around them.

Lisa, our Billing Manager, takes care of all patient and insurance billing. In her spare time, she enjoys playing volleyball, soccer, and softball, and going four-wheeling, rafting, and shopping. But her favorite thing is spending time with her hubby, 4 kids, and 6 grandkids.

Alicia has been working for 10 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist. She is a mom of 4 sons. Alicia loves camping, reading, exercising, and decorating cakes in her spare time.

Kevin was born and raised in Brigham City, UT. He is 25 years old and has a beautiful home in Roy where he and his wife live. He has been a licensed massage therapist for 4 years and recently joined our team in July 2022.

Breanna grew up in Southern Idaho. She moved to Utah in 2021 after returning from a foreign exchange program in Brazil. In 2023, Breanna married her high school sweetheart, Tanner. They both enjoy exploring the local areas and often go on hikes with their two huskies, Iris and Dahlia.

Josee was raised in North Ogden, UT. She spent time living in Hawaii and North Carolina with her best friend/husband Spencer. Their greatest love is their yellow lab, Sage.
In her free time she loves to do yoga, travel, hike, bike, paddle board, go camping, play the piano, spend time with Spence and Sage and hanging out with her girlfriends.

Jaycie is originally from a tiny town in Montana, went to high school in Kennewick, Washington, and landed in Utah in 2016. She married her best friend in 2022, and together they have a wild and lovable crew—two dogs, Kovu and Pandora, and two cats, Gatsby and Daisy!
She's all about adventures with her pups, paddle boarding, card games, and cozy movie nights. Family is everything to her, and she loves spreading kindness and good energy wherever she goes.
